Who you are buying from
Atmo Engine Pro is made by Saad Ullah Khan, an individual developer based in Pakistan ("we"). Payments are handled by Gumroad, which sells Pro on our behalf, issues your receipt and charges any applicable sales tax or VAT. Gumroad's own terms also apply to your payment.
What you get
- A licence key for Atmo Engine Pro and the app download, available right after payment through your receipt email and kept in your Gumroad library.
- A one-time purchase: there is no subscription and no recurring charge.
- Free updates. The app lets you know when a new version is out, and the latest version can always be downloaded from this website.
Your licence
- The licence is for your personal use, on up to 3 of your own phones at the same time. You can move it to a new phone by removing an old one in the app.
- Activating needs an internet connection. The app then re-checks the licence about once a day when online, and keeps working offline for up to 30 days.
- If a payment is refunded, charged back or disputed, its licence key stops working.
- Please don't share, resell or publish your licence key. A key that is shared publicly may be disabled.
- You may not remove or bypass the licence check, or redistribute the app.
Compatibility
Pro needs Android 13 or newer and the accessibility permission. Phone makers customise the lock screen, and on some devices a clock cannot be drawn there. We don't guarantee that Pro works on every phone. If it doesn't work on yours, you're covered by the refund policy.
Some banking and payment apps won't run, or show a warning, while any accessibility service is turned on. That's a choice those apps make and it isn't something Pro can change. You can turn Pro's lock screen clock off while you use them and back on afterwards.

Limitation of liability
Atmo Engine Pro is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force when you bought applies to your purchase.
